Vegetable Cheese Medally

Cut into bite sized pieces :
Cauliflower
Broccoli
carrots
celery
Mushrooms
Blanch till half cooked.
Place in greased 8x8 pan
Mix: 3/4 cup Mushroom, chicken or celery cream soup
        1/4 cup water
Pour over veggies. Sprinkle with 2 cups shredded cheese.
Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes or till chesse is melted and vegies are warmed through.
