Ruth's Iced Tea

3  Red Rose tea bags
3  Earl Grey tea bags
10 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar (or to taste)
In an icecream pail steep tea bags in the water and sugar. When cool (to room temp)
add: enough wate rto fill pail
        1/4 cup Real Lemon juice
Store in fridge.

Yield 4 litres

  1. Chris enjoys homemade iced tea, but I believe he will REALLY enjoy this one because of the Earl Grey in it. Definitely making this Iced tea this summer.
