Fruit Salsa with Cinnomon Chips

Cinnomon Chips
10-12 soft flour tortilla
1 cup sugar
2-3 tsp cinnomon
Mix sugar and cinnomon into a shaker
Place 1 tortilla on baking stone
brush with water and sprinkle with cinnomon sugar.
cut with pizza cutter into 16 wedges
bake in 350F for 10-12 minutes
remove from stone and cool
Repeat with another tortilla till they are all  baked.
Makes an ice cream pail full
store in airtight container

Salsa
12 strawberries
1 granny smith apple
2 kiwi
fresh or canned pineapple
I have also used peaches, mango, canned mandarin oranges.
 Dice all friut and mix together
The recipe calls for 1/4 cup frozen pink grapefruit concentrate but I find the fruit is juice enough.
