Salsa

4-5 cups peeled and seeded tomatoes
2 cups green peppers, chopped
1 cup Jalapeno peppers (approx.15)
1/4 cup Serano peppers, chopped fine -  for medium
       (omit for mild. add more for hot)
use rubber gloves when chopping as they burn hands
1/2 cup vinegar
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp.parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
13oz./369ml tomato paste
Bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes
 Pour into sterilized jars to 1/4" from top
Process 30 minutes in water bath

Yield: 2 qts or 8-9 cups
