Ham and Swiss Croissants

3 Tbsp. butter
3 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
saute in fry pan
add: 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
        3/4 cup milk
        salt and pepper to taste

4 large croissants
8 slices ham
6 oz. swiss cheese, sliced
Cut croissant in half. on bottom of bun layer the ham, cheese and mushrooms.
Place top on. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
