2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup green pepper, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup flour
3 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup milk
3 cups chicken, cooked and diced
salt and pepper to taste
Saute veggies in butter.
add flour then stock, milk, chicken, salt and pepper
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
yield: 8 servings
