1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
beat well then add:
2 1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
spoon into paper lined muffin tin.
DO NOT MAKE CUPCAKES TOO FULL
Bake for 3 minutes at 375F
Remove and add topping:
TOPPING
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Beat untill thick
Stir in:
1 cup chocolate chips
spoon over each cupcake and return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes
