Carrot Cake

2 eggs
1/2 cup veg. oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
mix well then add:
3 1 1/2 cups grated carrots
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2  cup chopped walnuts
1 cups raisins
Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 300F for 1-1/2 hours
Ice with cream cheese frosting when cool.
