5 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Beat until light and fluffy
add and mix well :
1/2 cup Pacific milk
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour
Pour into a wax paper lined jelly roll pan. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until brown. Turn out onto a cold wet cloth. Spread on filling ( I like lemon pudding/filling but can use pie filling or pudding of your favorite flavor). Roll up staring on the longest side. slice and serve.
I have this old, green, duotang scribler full of recipes that I started collecting in my childhood when I first discovered my love of cooking. This book is now tattered with pages falling out and recipes written on scrapes of paper shoved in among the pages. It is time to rewrite the recipes so thought I would share them with you! You probably will not see picture but you can know these are tried and true recipes!!
