1/3 cup margerine (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
Beat untill fluffy then add:
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup flour
1 cup coconut
spread in a 9x13 greased pan. Bake in 350F oven for 30 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
Cool to lukewarm. Cut into bars and roll in icing sugar and again when bars are cooled.
