Pumpkin Crunch Muffins

1 egg
1/3 cup veg.oil
2/3 cup milk
1 cup pureed pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 /2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp each of cloves and nutmeg
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 - 3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnut crumbs (optional)
mix as usual. pour into paper lined muffin tin sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes or till done
Yield: 12 muffins
