1 package chocolate wafers
1 package dream whip
5 Tbsp. butter,melted
1 can crushed pineapple
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup icing sugar
Roll out cookies (to make crumbs) add melted butter. Line 8x8 pan with 2/3 of crumbs.
Bake at 325F for 15 minutes. Cool
Whip dream whip according to pkg directions. Keep in fridge until ready to use.
Beat cream cheese and icing sugar. Add well drained pinapple.
Fold in dream whip. Pour on top of crumb base. Top with remaining crumbs.
Refridgerate.
I have this old, green, duotang scribler full of recipes that I started collecting in my childhood when I first discovered my love of cooking. This book is now tattered with pages falling out and recipes written on scrapes of paper shoved in among the pages. It is time to rewrite the recipes so thought I would share them with you! You probably will not see picture but you can know these are tried and true recipes!!
