TURKEY TETRAZZINI

This is an easy dish to make with left over turkey or even chicken. It freezes well.

250g box of spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces (I use enough for 4 servings)
2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup green or red pepper1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Additional shredded cheese, optional
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Transfer into large bowl; add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a greased 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese if desired. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 45 minutes or until heated through.
Yield: 6-8 servings
